By utilizing the services of Wellness Waves Spa Lahore (located in Gulberg), you formally agree to these premium standards. Our 2026 protocols ensure that every elite guest receives the highest level of privacy and therapeutic excellence.

02. Appointments & Timings

To maintain our sanctuary’s peaceful flow, we enforce strict punctuality:

• Operating Hours: 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM daily.
• Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may have their session time shortened.
• Verification: Management may request identification to ensure a safe environment for all corporate and athletic clients.

03. Cancellation Protocol

As our master therapists and private suites are booked exclusively for you, we require a 3-hour notice for any cancellations or changes. Failure to provide notice may affect your ability to secure future priority bookings.

04. Professional Conduct

Wellness Waves is a professional clinical environment. We maintain a **Zero Tolerance Policy** regarding inappropriate behavior or harassment. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and a permanent ban from our Gulberg and DHA facilities.

05. Health Disclosure

• Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or recent surgeries prior to treatment.
• Expectant mothers should inform our team to ensure specialized prenatal care.
• Management reserves the right to refuse service if a treatment is medically contraindicated.

06. Digital Privacy 2026

In alignment with 2026 Data Protection standards, all booking data sent via our website or WhatsApp is end-to-end encrypted. We never share your personal information with third parties.
